I’m here to help you navigate these pressures. We will first work together to recognize the symptoms of burnout and identify the main causes. We will figure out how to mange the symptoms using various coping strategies and get a more intimate understanding of how your nervous system is responding to those stressors.

I aim to create a space where we can explore all the possible solutions and take actions that feel most aligned with your values and goals. We will also work together to build the confidence and communication skills to advocate for yourself and take care of your needs.
